Hello everyone!
It has been brought to my attention that the back door is not latching properly when being closed.
Please make sure you check that the back doors are latched properly EVERY TIME you use them! Especially after leaving the clinic.
If the door keeps opening even after closing it all the way, pull (instead of pushing) on the mechanism inside the door and try again.
We are actively working on bringing someone to fix it, but we need to be extra vigilant in the meantime because the doors will promptly open just with a slight push/pull.
