EBH FLOCK,
I wanted to share some updates as we continue to grow and fine-tune how we run things here at the hospital.
First, Iโm excited to announce that Camilia will be stepping into the role of Operations Manager! Sheโll be training closely with me over the next few weeks to get a full understanding of the workload and responsibilities. Her integrity, work ethic, and dedication make her a perfect fit, and Iโm really excited about what the future holds with her in this role.
There are a couple of other changes worth noting:
- Finn will now be able to train team members on tube feedingโa big step in helping us build skills and support one another more effectively.
- For now, all medical inventory needs should be directed to me as we transition back to a more โold schoolโ way of handling inventory. Iโm putting together a small team of people who are willing to dedicate a couple of extra hours each week to help with inventory tasks. Iโll personally train the right candidatesโdrop a comment if you’re interested!
Iโm also trying out a more balanced, modern approach to ordering inventoryโaiming to keep our shelves stocked just right (not too much, not too little). Your patience and support during this transition mean a lot.
Thanks for everything you do!
Best,
Belinda Gomez
Soon to be former Hospital Director / Transition Lead
