How To Send A Message On SubItUp

Here is a helpful guide on how to send messages through the SubItUp Message Center. (Note, the message center cannot be accessed through the mobile app.)

The message center is how time clock corrections, mileage compensations, etc. will need to be submitted.

Step 1 : Open up your mobile/desktop web browser (i.e. google chrome, safari, etc.) and go to https://account.subitup.com/ and login to your account.

Step 2: Look to the menu on the left and select “Communicate”. This will redirect you to the Message Center.

Step 3: From the Message Center you can send 3 different types of messages; InMail, e-mail, or text. Start by selecting “Compose” on the top left corner, then selecting the type of message you intend to send. IMPORTANT; InMail messages do not send notifications to recipients so they may not see your message. We should only be using the e-mail & text option.

Step 4: Once you have composed the message you wish to send to your intended recipient(s), you simply hit send and they will be notified via e-mail or text (whichever method you chose).
