Patient Meds

Please note that we are using these types of bags for patient medications. Leave the meds in the disposable bags they come in and place the bag into the reusable bag. When patients go home, just remove the zip-lock bag and return it to the client. We keep our reusable bags for future use. The card in the front pocket was laminated for wet-erase marker and to be reused as needed. DO NOT THROW OR GIVE AWAY BAGS OR LABEL CARDS. Last, I was informed that these bags were located in a basket on top of the water cooler; any updates to the location should be noted here.
