A refresher for all of our receptionist staff on processing Care Credit transactions:
ALL Care Credit transactions need to be processed through the Care Credit website ONLY. This includes Care Credit cards that double as a Mastercard. If these cards are run as a regular Mastercard through ScratchPay, then they are not run through the Care credit network and will NOT have the 6 month promo applied to them.
The 6 month deferred interest promo is only applied when transactions are processed through the Care Credit website and the promo is applied at check out.

While on the subject, we only do the 6 month promo – never any more than that due to higher cost to EBH.
