1. Make a copy of the ultrasound reports (top and bottom portions) and place the copy on the requesting doctor’s (doctor who requested the u/s be performed) desk.
2. Separate the bottom of the form (that shows the price for the u/s from the top (shows the report), scan and attach the top section to the patient records using the u/s report under correspondence (patient >correspondence > ultrasound) save as an attachment.
3. Put BOTH sections in Belinda’s office on the wall file that says Ultrasound Reports.
