Do we have a place to submit recommendations for staff? Ex: Lab recommends not putting PCV tubes on paper towels as the paper towels absorb the blood out of the tube. ex: please be sure your P’s charges are in before bringing the lab card & samples to the lab.

    1. Send me a detailed recommendation to all staff, and I will create a new post.

  2. Can we have a banner on our website notifying our clients that buns need to be vaccinated or run the risk of being turned away?
RHDV info added to our website PLEASE

    1. Banner posted with details

  3. Setting up a monitor in the lobby with a QR code that allows clients to submit pictures of their pets to be displayed and featured in a photo slideshow. (:

    1. Hi Josie:
Monitor = PC? Do you have in mind that the image uploads automatically and starts displaying on the monitor, or can we save the image and then play it on a TV or monitor?
Tell me more about this idea 👍🏼

      1. I think whichever method would be easier for both us and our clients is fine. Just a way for client’s to share their pet pics and have them display in the lobby. Saving the image and then playing it on a screen might be wise just to make sure we screen images coming through.

        1. I can collect pictures through a QR code, and the images the client uploads go straight to my Google Drive, which I can then connect with the Fire Stick. The issue is that at the beginning, we will not have many pictures and will be using the TV for a few pictures. Maybe we can find a way to have a second TV? Or another display source?

          1. Yes, definitely a second TV designated just for the pictures so we can still play movies for Zeus and clients. It wouldn’t have to be a very large one either.
